A psychologist who built her entire career around this one season of life.
I am a Harvard-trained licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience specializing in perinatal mental health. I hold Perinatal Mental Health Certification through Postpartum Support International.
I am also a mom of two, and I know firsthand how messy and complicated motherhood can be. These years are full of beauty and joy, but also exhaustion, identity shifts, relationship turmoil, and moments that leave you questioning everything.
Therapy with me is a place to slow down, be honest about how hard things feel, and find steady ground again.
My style is open, collaborative, and honest.
Gone are the days of the silent therapist sitting behind a couch. I give feedback and ask for feedback. I feel the hard stuff with you, and have been known to leap out of my chair when there is a success.
Past clients have described me as warm, highly attuned, funny, and effective. My goal is to guide you toward a life that feels more aligned, fulfilling, and authentically yours.

Grab a coffee from the cafe downstairs before heading up. If fitting in therapy between meetings or naptime is easier, virtual sessions are available too.
